Process design
Documented current and target processes, task ownership, scoring rules, response deadlines and exception routes.
I designed and prototyped ten builds across sales, customer service, finance, marketing and internal operations, covering rules-based automation, AI-assisted workflows and a tool-using AI agent. This portfolio presents three case studies, their implementation and testing, and the supporting dashboards.
View case studiesSelf-directed prototypes built and tested in demonstration environments. Reporting uses synthetic data. Measured business impact is not claimed.
Each case study covers the process, business rules,
implementation, tests and remaining limitations.
Three workflows capture client enquiries, assess customer fit, score and prioritise leads, update CRM contacts, assign Sales owners and monitor response deadlines.

The case studies combine process documentation
with working prototypes and test results.
Documented current and target processes, task ownership, scoring rules, response deadlines and exception routes.
Configured triggers, lookups, conditional paths, loops, date calculations, AI processing and agent tools across the connected applications.
Tested defined scenarios, corrected issues found during testing and documented the outcomes. Built dashboards using separate synthetic datasets.

On weekdays, the workflow checks for overdue, unpaid invoices. If no reminder has been sent for an invoice, it sends a reminder, records the date and notifies Finance. Invoices with a recorded reminder are skipped.
The workflow captures the campaign reference from each demo-request form submission and records it against the enquiry. Repeat enquiries keep their own campaign reference, so a later submission does not overwrite an earlier one. The campaign report compares enquiries, qualified opportunities and wins.
The workflow creates HR, IT and hiring-manager tasks for each new starter, using the employee’s start date and a shared task-rule table to calculate deadlines. A second workflow runs on weekdays, checks progress, reminds the relevant owners about overdue tasks and notifies HR when all required tasks are complete.
AI extracts draft decisions and actions from meeting notes. The Meeting Lead reviews them, and actions requiring further approval go to the designated approver. Once confirmed and approved where required, the workflow creates tasks in the project management tool.
